Enquiries and contact
Data submitted through the enquiry form on this website is used solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote.
- Data processed: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the text of your message, plus technical data such as the time of submission and the IP address.
- Purpose: answering your enquiry, quoting, keeping in contact.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Retention: [to be completed – suggested: 1 year] after the enquiry is closed; where a contract is concluded, in line with contractual and accounting obligations (8 years for accounting records).
Using the form is not compulsory: the same information can be sent to us by e-mail or given over the phone.
Cookies and embedded content
This website sets no cookies of its own beyond those strictly necessary for operation, and we run no visitor analytics on it.
The Contact section embeds a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and learn the visitor\'s IP address. This is governed by Google\'s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which likewise transmits technical data (IP address, browser details) to Google.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- object to processing.
